I would like to express how thankful I am for having access to a storage unit when I needed one at the last moment. The process was easy, and having that option available during a stressful time was greatly appreciated. Recently, due to the rising cost of living, I needed to cancel my storage unit. Zach was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was understanding, professional, and made the cancellation as smooth as possible. Needed a place to put some stuff in a pinch and the process to get it lease and ready to put my stuff in was so easy so smooth and I was able to complete everything within the hour. The customer service was amazing and it was never busy when I needed to get anything in or out of my unit. The move out process was straightforward and I have no complaints. Would recommend to anyone.

Someone attempted to cut my lock, and I was never notified. I discovered it months later myself. On a recent visit, individuals were smoking in the hallway near my unit, creating serious safety and fire concerns. Overall facility conditions and security appear to have declined. Beyond these issues, the pricing practices have been equally frustrating. When I first rented my unit, the rate was approximately $30 per month. Over the past three years, that rate has increased to $125 per month — a 316% increase. At the same time, the exact same unit size is currently advertised online for $40 per month. I contacted management with a simple request: adjust my rate to match the current advertised market price of $40/month effective March 1. That request was declined. It’s disappointing to see long-term customers paying more than triple the publicly advertised rate, especially given the safety and security concerns outlined above. Loyalty does not appear to be valued here. If you’re considering renting here, be aware that rates may increase substantially over time while lower prices are offered to new customers.

Great experience with Midgard Self Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. Miki is incredibly helpful and friendly — she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for storage with great customer service.

OKAY CHASE IS AMAZING!!! (HE noted he was a vitural manager if that helps you find him- I got my storage unit in the denver area) HE MADE this whole stressful situation a peice of pie. Really like butter everything slid into place. My rate was a STEAL? I was having problems with the online sign up link for a reserved unit on the verge of tears and I was laughing by the end of the phone call. Everything was explained so clearly- I got all my codes and receipts and he even guided me through the lease on the phone explaining everything that pinged just a shred of anxiety with the most calm understanding voice providing clear and helpful instruction without rushing me or making me feel like I was just being "goofy". I left with the unit of my dreams feeling super secure and safe. Chase provided such a good impression of the company and now my first TAKE OF MIDGARD is truly that I can trust you all with my most precious items I can't hold myself. THANK YOU THANK YOU!
