Facility Overview & What to Expect
Verified Customer Reviews
I needed to get into my storage today but I lost my keys a couple weeks ago. Well the nice lady saved my day and opened it for me. And she was quick and pleased to do it for me. Another thing I noticed was how clean the hall ways and the bathrooms. For it being the holiday season she is is still doing a great job. She seams to like her job she is nice to customers
I’ve been renting a unit here for a few years now and have a great experience in terms of dealing with staff and safety of my unit. My only downside would be the routine rate increases. They’ve been quite helpful in helping me but for those looking to rent a unit here, just keep that in mind. You might be better off going with a locally owned storage unit rather than the typical corporate owned rates. That being said, I’ve had a great experience here. Staff are very helpful - George is a rockstar and goes above and beyond. The facility is safe, secure, and my climate controller unit kept all my belongings in perfect condition. I also enjoy the tech - the app and the website are both easy to use and not clunky/outdated.
Update went 6/8/25 and probably 80%of the lights are out. My camera lightens everything but it’s dark in there. So you allow all these break ins and then don’t have lighting work. Our storage was BROKEN INTO. They just doubled our rent on the unit to start in May and you can’t even protect our stuff. As I am reading the reviews, they have had tons of break ins as recently as last month then 3 months prior to that. So this has to be common practice. There is a review that someone broke in two Sundays ago and cut 30 locks yet you don’t contact us as renters We just went to our unit to get something and found our storage room to have a different lock on it. I first thought omg I forgot to pay. I go to the front and I’m told it was probably broken into. I thought no way. Why would they put on an Extra Space lock on my door if they broke in. The Manager (who is very nice by the way) came down and cut off this lock for us to find our unit had been broken into and they knew break ins were happening and locks were being put back on and they never let us know as renters. Stuff is missing but thank god, it doesn’t seem like much is gone. They ransacked everything. We are just sad.
The storage space as such is nice and seems to be well maintained. What we didn't like that we got locked out of the building at 8 p.m. without any pre warning, while loading things into our car. The hotline was not able to let us in again. Our unit was unlocked the whole night. Why is there no automated announcement?
It has been great so far. When I was packing my unit, I accidentally left the latch unlocked. The person working called and told me about it immediately. I definitely value that kind of protection.
