Went to access my unit today because I needed something out of it on my schedule. The internal door was locked which caused me to be unable to access my unit. Left a voice-mail, sent an email through the website and still no response. Decisions will be made in the near future. Convenience is worth more than a few dollars in savings.

This place is such a scam!!! We were trying to cancel and we put our 30 day notice written and verbally. We were out before the 30 days and they still continue to charge us months after we left. Please please people don't come to this business. It's just money hungry.

Owner is disrespectful and will not do the right thing. Think twice before renting here. Gate hours are 7-7, which if you work doesn’t leave much time. If you are in the facility after 7pm you get $100+ fine per occurrence. I had paid for my space then was reading through the contract and decided not to finalize it pending clarification of gate hours. I’ll admit I was confused, on the website it says 24/7. I received clarification from the owner that that pertains to rent 24/7 online not 24/7 access. Which is misleading. Any way I work 15 hour days and own a business so this obviously wasn’t going to work for me, as the reason I was looking for 24/7 parking space. I went to try and resolve this with the owner and he was rude arrogant and talked over me so I matched his energy and wasn’t nice back. I offered to pay the few days it has been since reading over the contract. He refused to give me a refund as I will not be using the space. He mentioned I won’t charge you for next month but you can sign a legal document to end the contract in 30 days. I asked him to do the ight thing and his idea of the right thing was to follow a contract instead of refunding the money. Even flipped me off. He mentioned he owns 54 locations and I’m sure that’s where the arrogance comes into play. Any way I wouldn’t rent or recommend this place to friends and family as the service is not up to par and the reaction was shocking to say the least. I wasn’t on my best behavior but hey respect is earned. Seems like a consistent issue with this guy. Added pictures of other reviews but see for yourself.

Worst place to rent ever ..the owner is so money hungry and rude that he would charge over 200 dollars for leaving a tool box next to the dumpster for some one else to have and keep..0ver 40 dollars for a one day late fee...how is that even possible.

HORRIBLE … pay the higher price and rent from any other place but K&K Storage. The manager / owner is the rudest, arrogant, egotistical man ever. . I seen a payment pending on my bank acct for $220 this morning. I gave over 30 day notice when I also reserved and paid for a U Haul truck on August 23rd. I called this morning to talk about this charge, the manager started yelling at me and told me to SHUT UP several times and called me a liar 3 times during the conversation. He has no idea how his website works … you contact the company on their website and it converts it to email. On the website it says “Friendly Staff” what a farce. I have filed a complaint with BBB and wanted to warn others about this company, you will NOT save money in the long run.. they will continue to charge you. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
