One of the cleanest storage facilities I’ve stored at. Savannah was overly helpful and very thorough with everything. Every time I have been to my storage unit Savannah has welcomed me with a smile on her face and always helping someone or cleaning something. It has been a great experience moving from Texas and I can’t thank Savannah enough.

Savannah was super helpful, a go getter, and confident in her way around the facility. She helped with all our questions, had great follow up, and ultimately helped us as we decided on which unit was the best suited. She was patient to walk us around. As for the storage facility, it has a super location, 24hour option, elevators are good, the lighting is good and it seems secure and innovative. The locks are Bluetooth and can be shared via email to additional persons you may want to share access. The pricing is competitive but the location sells this one.

As someone who runs a business and values reliability, communication, and accountability, I can say she operates at a very high level. She’s proactive, responsive, and solutions-oriented—always available when needed and always focused on making sure things run smoothly. Whether it’s addressing questions, handling logistics, or navigating policy details, she does it with professionalism and efficiency. In an environment where customer experience often gets lost in process, Aurelia clearly understands the importance of service, follow-through, and representing the brand well. I had an issue with the manager at the Tower Road storage facility. Savannah, at this location, followed up with me and was extremely friendly and very helpful. She explained why the rate increases happen and also explained how I could save money. She even took the time to search other facilities to try to find me a better rate.
