I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Extra Space Storage. I have had some challenges accessing my unit (due to no fault of theirs) and Savannah has been so kind and welcoming and has gone out of her way to help me and make the process as simple as possible. On my last visit I met Hunter and found him to be just as friendly and accommodating. The building itself is very clean and seems to be well maintained, and I love that they offer push carts at the front to help move things in and out. All in all a great experience in a nice facility with a friendly and helpful staff!

The staff at this storage facility are consistently courteous, professional, and easy to work with. They go above and beyond to make sure customers stay informed, especially when it comes to payment reminders, which is incredibly helpful for staying on track. Their communication is clear and timely, and they genuinely seem to care about providing a smooth experience. Overall, a reliable and customer-focused team that makes using the facility stress-free. Savannah was super helpful, a go getter, and confident in her way around the facility. She helped with all our questions, had great follow up, and ultimately helped us as we decided on which unit was the best suited. She was patient to walk us around. As for the storage facility, it has a super location, 24hour option, elevators are good, the lighting is good and it seems secure and innovative. The locks are Bluetooth and can be shared via email to additional persons you may want to share access. The pricing is competitive but the location sells this one.

I’ve been a customer here for a little over two years, and from an operational and service standpoint, this location has been consistently solid. What really sets it apart, though, is Aurelia. As someone who runs a business and values reliability, communication, and accountability, I can say she operates at a very high level. She’s proactive, responsive, and solutions-oriented—always available when needed and always focused on making sure things run smoothly. Whether it’s addressing questions, handling logistics, or navigating policy details, she does it with professionalism and efficiency. In an environment where customer experience often gets lost in process, Aurelia clearly understands the importance of service, follow-through, and representing the brand well. She’s an asset to this operation, and it shows. Highly recommend this location.

So far I have had a great experience with Extra Space, the only downfall is the constant changing price. I feel like my stuff is safe and I do enjoy the ease of access! Just hate that the price changes seemingly every month or two.
