From my experience and those of others, moving is always about 100x more involved than one initially realizes. Moving out of state adds about 100x more factors on top of that. Storage facility is clean and well maintained. However customer service is lacking in detailed paperwork and receipts. Prepaid for 2 years to lock in price. Moved out after 8 months. Refund appeared short. Did not receive any receipt of how they came up with refund amount. Integrity and honesty of billing is questionable.
