From the initial contact to cancellation, Extra Space Storage staff were nothing but friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The units themselves are clean and safe. The entry system is made easy with bluetooth technology and getting in and out of the unit was a breeze! I highly recommend ESS.

We chose this storage facility because the rates were reasonable, it was clean, secure & was close to us. We rented in August & have been happy with our experience & haven't had any issues till this week. Not sure why, but our Bluetooth lock stopped working and we weren't able to get into our unit. Unfortunately, there was no one on the property to help us, so we called tech support, which told us to talk to the property manager. During the process, we spoke to 2 different employees & both were very helpful, unfortunately nothing anyone did fixed the issue with the lock. That wasn't their fault, and in no way reflects them, it was just frustrating to not be able to get into our unit. 4 days & about 10 phone calls later, we spoke to Savannah at the property and she said, "no matter what, we'll get into that unit" and she did not lie lol She got a special tool and set about trying to get into the unit. After about 40 minutes of trying, SUCCESS! We appreciate that her determination kept all of us trying, she was fantastic. We're incredibly grateful that she was on the property yesterday and was able to help us. Now I have my winter clothes! Thank you, Savannah! Not only was she helpful, but her sweet, bubbly personality and attitude were infectious and made the experience less frustrating and more like 3 friends locked out of their car lol We really love this facility and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for short or long-term storage.

Excellent electronic entry and same for my door. No keys, no locks, very clean and very helpful staff. I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage to anyone needing just that. And their price is very competitive with the others I checked with in Loveland. Five Star so Far.

Convenient location. Newer clean facility with secure Bluetooth technology to access entry gate and unit. Gracie was helpful in showing me the available units and how the rental process works. The onboarding process was quick and easy, allowing me to select from the available units online. The phone app is simple and easy to understand. Initially there was an issue regarding accessing both doors of my rental unit. When I raised the issue with the manager (Sergio), he took the time to address the issue with the home office and quickly contacted me with a positive resolution. Both Gracie and Sergio were pleasant to work with and handled any questions or concerns I had. I highly recommend this facility to those looking for local storage.
