The manager on site was so kind and helpful both when I signed up then as I moved out today. He should be recognized for his awesome customer service and support to clients! The unit and facility were immaculate and I was very happy to have my belongings there. I felt they were secure and enjoyed my time while there. However, I didn’t leave 5 stars because the ownership has been price gauging. I didn’t appreciate my rent increases, twice at 100%. I would have stayed but not at those jumps. One lady who I spoke to after the first increase said they do it because they can, and they’ll get someone else to pay that rate, which was totally inappropriate.
Not AvailableExceptional service from Al who will go out of his way to support and accommodate customers. The location is the cleanest I've seen thus far after a x-country move, well lit, secure, and easily accessible. Al quite possibly must be the kindest soul in CO and easy to communicate with. If moving is the most stress-inducing part of one's life, Al is the person to reach out to. I walked in like a tornado and he made sure I left with peace-of-mind and all the information I needed. Whoever owns this site needs to understand how valuable he is to their business, and I hope he is treated accordingly.
