Got there and my unit was locked, there was supposed to be someone because they “close at 6:00 pm” I was there 5:00 pm and there was NO ONE, rental truck full of stuff. Then in the portal I put my policy insurance number and they STILL charge me. Try to go thru the portal for the payment and doesn’t even load, I call to the 800 number and by Feb 27 they ALREADY charge me a late fee. Not recommend this place at all, could be cheaper than others but the hustle with them is not worth it

Terrible experience, never got to use the storage unit I rented here. Rented a unit on November 11th, 2025, and went to go use the unit on November 16th, 2025. The unit I rented was padlocked when I arrived, despite getting notification it was prepared for me. Had to rent a storage unit at another nearby business because of time constraints I was facing. Got a call the next day from the manager of the location that someone else had mistakenly taken my unit. They had rented a 2x3 and I had rented a 4x8. The manager said they would get ahold of this person and get them to move out there stuff, but told me I could take a 5x5 unit as it was "bigger" instead, because of height. Considering everything that happened, I asked for at least the first month off, considering I had to rent a whole separate unit for my storage at another business. Manager expressed doubt that the business owner would agree to this, and instead offered less than half of what I was going to pay in rent for the unit setup, minus admin and setup fees. Out of the 67.57 I paid, I would've only gotten 16 dollars back, and monthly rent is 44. I insisted manager call business owner and ask for a month off anyway. I guess after the call with the business owner, they believe that everything was resolved quickly enough to not offer me anything. I cancelled the rental agreement with this place and will stick to the other business I rented from. TLDR, I would strongly advise people to stay away from this business for their rental needs.

It was close to where I was moving from & no car I thought the prices were good Im not sure how I feel about this place 100last month now coming up 135. Thats in front of my storage
