Don’t use this facility. Advertises it as a secured storage facility. Even went through the nonsense of providing the security code for the gate. When we arrived with our motorhome, the gate was wide open and there was no way to close it. We had a family emergency and had to leave the coach. It took them several days to return our calls only to tell us , “yeah we have been having trouble with the gate for a while, so we just leave it open. I forgot to tell you that.” Very inconvenient to make the long trip back to move our motorhome, but we did. Not very truthful… Due to our family emergency and the distance from our home, it was nearly a month before we could return. The gate is still wide open!

Other than the fact that they sold the place to new owners and upped my rent by $25.00 a month without any notice, taking additional money from an auto debit. It's just a storage unit. No frills, no cameras, sometimes the gate is wide open. But they got you hooked cause your stuff is already there. Cheaper than the big cities but it's also in Olathe... the middle of nowhere...

Aside from a couple of minor inconveniences with the gate, I used a unit for almost a year without issue. The place is secure, reasonably priced, and they are easy to get ahold of. New owners in 2023 are much easier to get on the phone, and the units are as advertised.

This place switches owners about once a month and the rent just goes up and up and for what a storage unit that doesn't seal and is dirty when we moved out our rent had more than doubled and the people who own it and have owned it are all from Telluride and not helpful the people we started the rent with we paid a deposit and now owner say we didn't and they don't ever have all our records of payment seems very shady....
