The building is well maintained, clean, and well secured. The only issue i ever ran into was when I used the online chat, so I recommend just calling the office or going in. I ended up rented 3 different units over the time I was there and they all worked great for what I needed. Thank you Brady!

The space is really nice and well-maintained! Climate control and the elevators and loading dock is so nice. The employees are friendly, but the new ownership got rid of some of the nice perks like nonprofit discounts, and bottled water and treats in the office. Not a huge deal, but it feels less friendly and local now, and more corporate.
MarcThis is the first time we’ve used a storage facility and these guys have done a great job. The facility is always clean, well maintained and security cameras everywhere. Their customer service is also very good. The team is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. One thing to be aware of - their pricing structure is such that as their occupancy rate goes up, so will your monthly rent. That may be the way all storage facilities operate and if so, I’d highly recommend these guys.
