Purchasing storage online was great, but the premises is quite difficult to locate my unit and parking/access was very difficult. Definitely not what I was expecting. High traffic flow at the corner of two major roads. Narrow alleyways. Kind of slummy looking in appearance, but no signs of any rodents. Prices are comparable to CubeSmart which looks much nicer.
Jen CtVery competitive pricing. Rooms are clean,with high ceilings (10'?) Not sure about all rooms,but i have 24 hr access to my indoor unit. Mine is right in front of the door (which they accommodated me with because i have a hard time walking) my unit is also individually lit, the light goes on and automatically goes off when I open and close the door. I really couldn't ask for much more as far as where to store my belongings. The staff is very friendly although they could probably use more
