She is always there with a bright and kind attitude and always professional and will work with you if any issues should arise. Their location in Bloomfield have the best staff. I had an another unit in Oxford Massachusetts and took my stuffs to the one in Bloomfield. I spoke with the manager Liz she was very helpful, compassionate and professional. The other two workers there that I’ve meet Jay and Cassie were also formidable, polite and understanding. Hey if you get to read this man , again thanks and God bless you for helping me. The facility is clean and I recommend them for anyone who wants a unit there. And no I’m not an Ai generated written comment. I’m a real person and I can assure you they are very professional.

Best deals in town! I’ve owned units at almost every storage facility in the area and this place is hands down the best so far (definitely the cleanest). Liz helped me make sure I got into a unit that suited my needs. She even showed me around so I was familiar with the closest entrance and where to park. Now I just have to get everything from my other units here 😩
