Once again I had to visit a storage unit for my family member and we have been thinking about transferring to another unit and it happens that the same lady that was there last time was there again! She is amazing at her job and always explains everything in detail so there was no confusion with any process we decide to go with.she deserves a shout out or a raise because it’s hard to find employees that take the time to do there job right and with a smile on there face! We needed to rent a storage unit and this one was right down the street from my condo. The facility is clean and well lit. They have good hours to enter/exit your space. Brianna was extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable and showed us our exact unit. We are very happy with her service.

Went into the Branford location today to inquire about renting a unit for January. Your property manager Salina was so pleasant and very knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail. It was a pleasure meeting her and I am looking forward to coming back in January to rent from her.
