The staff at the self storage unit have been fantastic. I needed it for a tenant move out and they were very accommodating. Including allowing us to arrange for the disposal of the items at the onset of the contract after 30 days.

The buildings are not waterproof. In addition, they don't notify tenants if there has been a leak. I opened my unit and found a mattress complete covered in mold. They were clearly aware of the problem since when I went in, they had all the doors open to the buildings with industrial fans going but again, they didn't bother sharing information with their renters that water had gotten into units. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Had an emergency come up and needed a storage unit on a Sunday. Thought I was basically SOL until Monday...NOPE! Dan Sullivan called me backed before 830am Sunday morning! I was not only able to secure a storage bin but set up auto pay over the phone and the entire phone call lasted MAYBE 10 minutes! 😎

Great place to store your extra stuff! Owner is very good to work with if you have to change sizes or locations.
