Storage facility is amazing. Drive up units. Ground level. Lots of size options. Lot is clean. Ebony at the front desk went above and beyond to help out my crew. We had some ice in front of the unit and she came and made sure we were good so we could safely move in. She is amazing!!!

Just got rid of the unit we had. Very friendly staff. I had left a bunch of trash outside of the building. Saw her 2 days after doing told her it was mine and that I will have it moved by the end of the week. She said thanks for letting me know cause I was about to check the tapes. She said now that she knows to take my time. Even told me they had dumpsters but couldn't be used for 3 weeks and you have to flatten all boxes. Alot of places wouldn't tell upu something like this. Great staff

I highly recommend this place!!! The units are super clean. Honestly the nicest storage I’ve ever seen. And Ebony at the front is incredible. She is always there when I need her and is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Renting a storage space for the first time on my own. I was very nervous but the online application was so easy. Went to the CubeSmart storage and was helped by a lovely lady named Ebony. If it wasn’t for her help I think I’d still be looking for my unit. 😂 I’m looking outside for the number- for an indoor unit! 😂 She was so kind and patient. Thanks Ebony you made the experience so pleasant.

I am not a fan of moving and having to rent storage but Ebony and Don have made my storage experience easy and very enjoyable. They are super helpful and very attentive to all my questions and concerns. They work well as a team and go out of their way to assist. I highly recommend you trust them with your storage needs!
