Storage unit is nice 👍🏽 however charging on the 1st of the month when people have mortgage and rent due is not cool at all I have been to other storage facilities that allow you to change your due dates to be more accommodating for the customers but if you rent from here you only get a 5 day grace period before you get a late fee I rather continue to pay $125 for my garage with a late fee of $25 after the 10th day of the month not within 5 days of the beginning of the month if you can afford then by all means rent here but if it conflicts with your bigger bills please don’t waste your time look for a place that allows you more grace period and is willing to work with you on your needs cause this place is definitely not helping at all as they say (The due date is the same for everyone and it cannot be changed) lol but the owner who doesn’t live here can change it at any time though smh anything for greed!
