Great Tool
Everything about the website was great -- made it easy to find and reserve storage. All the key info I needed to make a decisions was displayed clearly. Only criticism is that it was not made clear until I was reading the lease documents that the monthly cost of the unit was only locked in for 4 months -- that is key info that could be communicated more clearly up front.
Great customer service.
Rebecca was the person that spoke with me and let me tour the unit I wanted and she was exceptional! She was knowledgeable and friendly and made sure all my questions were answered. The facility was spotlessly clean and well lit, exactly what I wanted.
