I was able to rent and access a storage unit in a time of need. I was able to get the information I had questions with via an easy phone call. Facility has good security. I Would rent again when needed. The only thing i have to mention is my unit smells like a dead animal.

Their call center hours are accommodating. The added fees and cost of unit after taxes were a bit much month after month though. I would consider renting again, if needed.
