Ulpiano, for me, was what sets this location apart. I've rented units in Wallingford, Plainville, & Cheshire over the years as needed and the service & people were great, which is why I keep returning, but Ulpiano has been especially helpful. I chose to change units a few times (interior to exterior, size changes) and he has handled each crisis effortlessly. Even when the office was undergoing construction and he seemed to be handling a 100 things at once, my needs were always handled in a way that left me with the feeling "My business mattered". I will be back!
