Very nice facility. Inspected storage... Storage is very clean & in excellent condition. No site of bugs/pests. Excellent quality storage. Staff are very friendly & provides great customer service! Also prices are pretty decent for the storages. Love hearing the music when going in the storage & the security measures they have. Did have a problem with my gate code not working when purchasing the unit & later ended up having a problem getting in the unit. Code worked, but door wouldn't open. However, they were very prompt & efficient in addressing the problems/ issues. They got my code working for gate entry & staff tried to troubleshoot the door advised they would get a tech to have it fixed. In the meantime, I had to walk & use the other entry point to.open the door from the inside. Besides that, overall it was a satisfactory experience!!
TyThe facility is very clean. The inside units are climate controlled and free of pests & spider webs. It looks brand new. The price is reasonable for the size. The facility is not 24hr access but the current hours work pretty well. I think 6am-10pm or something like that. And Harley was great! She showed me multiple different units to help me figure out which size I needed. We did all the paperwork in the office and it was very fast and efficient! She answered all of my questions. 10/10 service.
