I spoke with Melody and she was very professional and extremely helpful in helping me purchase my storage unit. She offered great advice and assisted me with making the best decision for my needs. Melody did not treat me like I was just another customer but with respect, kindness, and as if I was her only customer. All businesses should take note of this type of professionalism. Excellent facility. Kind, competent and attentive staff. Easily accessible. Very clean. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been informative and provided excellent service. I had to have a lock cut, they were quick and helpful. I was in the middle of my move out right at closing hours for the office and a staff member reopened the restroom for me to use as he was leaving for the day. He was already clocked out and went above and beyond. I always feel safe at this facility. I would rent here again if needed.
