Margo is amazing #1 (Apopka location)!! But with all honesty, Extra Space is as well. I’m looking for a long term rental and relationship and that’s just what they are doing!! I commend them and recommend them for appreciating their customers! I’ve felt with many storage companies, and they have proven elevated standards!! Go Extra Space storage and Letter Moments!!

We used this storage facility for 2.5 years and our rate was increased three times, doubling what we were paying initially. There are roaches all over the facilities and the elevator is down half the time. We also found mice droppings on our boxes when we moved out. Canceling the service was a nightmare due to not being able to reach anyone at the front desk. The general number just directs you to your local facility... Would highly recommend using a different storage facility.

The manager Gerri was absolutely awesome!! She went above and beyond in taking care of all of the customers needs. The entire facility is clean, neat and very professional. For those of you who are inquiring whether to rent a space here or not, look no further. A trial will truly convince you!!

I have used Extra Space in numerous cities across the US for various moves and when I thought I would need another storage space here in Orlando, I called them immediately. I was able to secure one right away near where I was living at the time and was able to have the lock required waived because I had 8 from previous places that matched their requirements. When I ended up being approved for an apartment prior to my deadline, I was able to easily cancel and received a full refund. Everyone I spoke to were always helpful, customer service oriented, hung on the line when it took me a bit to find what was needed and took care of my service needs professionally and politely. In a day and age when people aren't always customer service trained or oriented, it really makes a difference on who I choose to do business with. Extra Space is great value and will always do right by you as far as I'm concerned. Highly recommend.
