This is my first time using Extra Space Storage and I have to say that I'm very impressed. The facilities are very clean and all the doors and gates work properly. When it comes to customer service, Miss Q goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken cared of. I ran into a situation and Miss Q took care of it right away. She is very kind and respectful. I would definitely recommend this location for storage.

I found Extra Space Storage to be very competitive. Although, price isn't everything. I assure you!! I found the staff, such as the manager at 1619 McVilla Ave Apopka, FL location, extremely pleasant and accommodating. And, the young lady who called me after I reserved a space was extraordinary, professional, and knowledgeable; answered my questions with confidence and vigor. It's obvious the employees at Extra Space Storage are happy at work. I hope corporate takes note that happy employees provide excellent service. They are face of their company, and influence a company's reputation and bottom line. Compensate them well. Consider it as a marketing expense and it will multiply tenfold. I haven't even moved in my space yet! I am more than satisfied so far.

From the initial tour to move in day, Miss Q indulged all our questions and was quick to assist when needed. Every interaction I've had with her has been top-notch. The brand new facility is immaculate and has the most reasonable rates in the area. Take advantage of the special rates while they last. I feel assured that my belongings will remain safe and recommend the app for easy entry.

Miss Q is greatly appreciated! Customer service at its best to say the least. I rented with a few other companies before and I wish I would’ve ran into her years ago. I move around storages sometimes to get the best deal and good quality service. You know the kind service where don’t feel like I was cheated in some kind of way! After the encounter I had today with Miss Q I wouldn’t move anymore a muscle. She cares she’s honest and she’s hardworking. It’s something about it her that made me feel like I’ve made the right decision storing here.

The store manager Miss Q is the epitomy of what customer service should be! Bravo!. We were going around to several storage facilities near by, but after meeting with Miss Q we were sold. She explained to us about the facilities and what it offers and the benefits of using extra space storage , after listening and touring with her, we were sold. She also went the extra mile telling us about the location and the amenities nearby. If we could give a rating of 10 out 5, Miss Q would be rated a 10! She followed up wIth us about the availability (excellent follow through). When my wife and I arrived, Miss Q was so well organized! She had our keys and code ready and the unit was immaculate!! I would highly recommend this location for storage and security of your property, because of the immaculate and secured facility overseen by an excellent Manager and Staff. As Canadians we were impressed by the professional and courteous service offered by Miss Q and Staff at this location.
