Gate is always broke & unsecured. My RV was vandalized 2 weeks before I moved out. Rent was increased 68%, within 6 months. They tried to charge for the month AFTER I moved out on the 09/27, claiming my code was used on 10/03. (Even though the gate was broke and open). If you have issues, nobody wants to help. Save yourself some self inflicted pain and go elsewhere. For RV storage, go 3 blocks north & you will find a better, cheaper and more secure facility

Rented the unit online seeing the main pictures, should have looking at Google maps. Drove over there with a uhaul trailer filled my my deceased MIL's belongings. Found out the until was part of the "old" units, they looked like the ones I just pulled this stuff from in the mountains of VA. Run down and gross. The "new" units not gated sit in front of the old ones making it look newer. The back fence is falling down so there is no security in this facility at all. I didn't even move in, I did the "move out" same day and now I'm being harassed that I didn't secure and lock up the unit.

I have a unit at 13425 Se Hwy 484. Have had it for many years. Door was always difficult to open. Would get stuck. Jason who work’s maintenance came down from Ocala on a day he was not scheduled and opened the door for me. He gave me the days and hours he is at this unit so he would be there. He is the kindest person I have met in a long time. He is the epitome of customer service. I cannot thank him enough. All the units should have an employee like Jason. He is an exemplary representative of customer service for Public Storage. Thank you Jason! You are the best! Btw, he is magic, the door opened without a hitch for Jason.
