Do yourself a favor and find a different storage facility. This place is so lazy that Erica locked the ladies restroom so she didn't have to clean it. There is a mens rest room but that doesn't do my wife any good when she comes. I've rented from here for 5 years and I've gotten numerous screws/ nails in my tires because the lazy staff never uses the roller magnet. Also Ive made several referrals to them and because the staff gets additional money for new sign ups, the staff doesn't want to report that you made the referral and give you the discount so they can pocket it them selves. We spoke to Becca the main boss but she doesn't do anything to fix it. Just do yourself a favor and go else where.
