Extra Space Storage at 908 Burnt Store Road in Cape Coral is an excellent storage facility. The facility is very clean. We had an interior storage space that was climate controlled. At no time was the temperature inappropriate. The security of the facility is excellent. The only reason we left the facility is because we moved out of Cape Coral and it is too far from our new location.

A quality, safe storage unit. Customer support is on point, the staff is very friendly. The call me back when I need something, and when my card expired they even called me to make sure I didn't aquire a late fee. The prices went up over the last 2 years, but my stuff was safe and easily accessible. Thanks guys!

Everything was awesome, between Ty and Jorge, they were great with any questions I had. Extra Space, there was never an inconvenience on being able to access my unit. The facility is neat and clean and doors and locks all worked well.

All previous reviews about cleanliness and being a nice facility are true. We were very happy with Extra Space Storage for the 1st three months, however at the three month mark we received a notification that the rent would increase 65% the following month. We did not have a ‘promotional’ rate, just the rate we were quoted when renting the unit. I understand occasional price increases but a 65% rate hike in 3 months is ludicrous. I feel like we’ve been taken advantage of. Especially when I look at the website and the price listed for the same unit is $65 less than our new price. Beware if you rent from this facility. Ask about rate hikes.

Extra Space Storage regarding a complaint involving the Cape Coral location at 708 Burnt Store Rd N. During my original phone conversation, I was respectful and simply asking questions when employee Luis told me he “didn’t like my attitude” and threatened to hang up on me. I did not yell or use profanity. The conversation became very unprofessional, and I was told a district manager would contact me by Monday or Tuesday after I filed my complaint with corporate last Friday. It is now Thursday evening and I still have not received a callback or follow-up response. As a customer and fellow veteran, I believe people should be treated with courtesy and professionalism. I am disappointed both by the original interaction and by the lack of follow-through from management regarding my complaint. I hope someone from corporate leadership reviews this matter and contacts me to resolve it properly.
