John & Amanda were super helpful. John showed me around and explained everything in detail so I was well informed about renting a unit. Amanda was super sweet and saw to it that I had a bottle of water and was very comfortable while John got to work on the application. I was told the hours and price up front so no surprises along the way. Showed how to operate the door system and code. I chose Crestview Storage because out of all the others I called or visited they were the only business to be open and to actually talk to someone behind the counter. Thank you John and Amanda for making the whole process quick and easy. I would 100% recommend Crestview Storage to friends and family.

Online booking was fairly easy that’s why I gave it 3 stars. However, I was trying to reaching someone via phone and was waiting for over 20 min before hanging up. Then I used the online Chat and that was not helpful either. I tried doing the call back option and I still haven’t received a call back. I was able to get my storage unit rented but not from the help of a person.

The attendant was fantastic! He showed me to my storage location, made sure everything looked good, walked me through the security and gate processes, even made courtesy phone calls to make sure I knew the correct location. Overall, I feel very confident in the security and management of this facility and will be utilizing as long as I can.
