Dian was super patience with me, it took me 4 days to decide on property so finally I pick here very nice clean property. Excellent customer service , she walk me to the unit she explained everything she was very nice , help me with the app too 😊

After the acquisition, they changed my passcode adding 0’s to front and end. App doesn’t work, probably related to the 0 issue. Already contacted support with no resolution in sight. You can tell some people live in the building, not a good look. And found what looks like someone’s living area for the night, right by the west elevator. Saw a guy shaving one time. No place to put any garbage, so if you have any garbage boxes or pallets you got to store them or get a moving truck to bring somewhere else. The result is my unit has garbage and people leave trash outside.
