After I reserved a unit online, the staff called me right away to confirm availability and arrange the rental. Later, when I needed to transfer to a larger unit, they were very helpful in finding the one that fit my needs and made the process super easy. The cost for the transfer was clearly explained to me beforehand, which I really appreciated. The locks are unique, and I was able to purchase one directly at the facility — very convenient. Be careful with this storage unit. I signed up for a unit on March and now i received an email on September, notifying me that they raised the price $40 more without any reason. When i call and ask they tell me it’s because they can, according to them they don’t need a reason to raise it. Now you are stuck with a price that you never agreed on with no other options provided, really bad and unprofessional way to treat a customer.
