I recently rented a vehicle trailer at Sun Co Storage in Englewood, FL and had the pleasure of working with Liz, the manager. She was incredibly professional and courteous while also being very friendly and approachable. During our conversation, we discovered we both grew up in Miramar and had so much in common—it made the experience even more enjoyable. Liz went above and beyond to make the process smooth and pleasant, and at the end of our transaction, she even gave me a warm hug. It’s rare to find such genuine kindness and professionalism in one person. I highly recommend working with Liz at SunCo Storage. Phins up! 🐬

Why aren't there six stars for businesses like this and people like Liz? I went here the Saturday morning they announced Hurricane Milton, knowing I needed a truck and auto transport to move some things from storage and my wife's 1968 Pontiac Firebird to safer ground. I picked it, having used them before, because they always have equipment. I was shocked to learn, there were nearly no large trucks left because of the weather, and without rearranging I would not be able to get the truck I needed. Still, Liz stuck with it until she sourced the truck and trailer to move my things. I am still surprised she was able to sort it out, but 30 minutes later I was leaving with everything I needed, including two dozen furniture pads. The equipment was clean, the pads folded neatly, and everything was in good shape leaving me nothing to worry about for the long round trip in poor conditions I was about to make! Go see Liz! She is resourceful and a great person to spend a few minutes with!

Quick and easy and excellent customer service. We had to extend our trailer rental a few days and it was no problem at all. Very nice dealing with Liz, the manager.
