The front desk woman at this store is my all time favorite rep! She helped me set up my first unit quickly and seamlessly. Today, I went to see about getting a second. After I had said it would be nice if there was one next my first unit, and low and behold, it was available! During our visit, she was able to answer a couple of questions for me, process the lease and walk with me to check out the unit. The unit is clean and ready to hold on to my precious belongings. ♥

On Oct 2nd 2025 I rented a 5X10 unit & I have to thank Jessica from extra storage because I reserved unit night before and next morning Jessica called me and took the time to answer every question I had and even stayed on phone until I got my confirmation email and see if I had any questions. Then when showed up to location she came out of office to greet us and walked us to our unit to make sure we knew where it was locate. It was such an easy and wonderful experience. Jessica was great and very friendly
