We had been searching a near by storage room, a 10x20 for at least a week with no results. We found this 10x20 early this past Friday morning and called right away and paid everything over the phone with Brenda, the property manager. We arrived at the location a couple hours after speaking with Brenda on the phone. Every thing was in order. The room was clean and the property was in good shape. Brenda and her staff made it all as easy as possible. No other near by storage facility could have done any better. Hat's off to Brenda and her team.Full Review

The only things that were good about this place was the unit was swept and the staff who helped me find this location was helful and friendly. Unfortunately, the horrible mouse urine smell was over powering in the building, although they have mouse/rat packets in the units, presumably to control the rodents. I had to inform them the gate door continuously opened and closed. It was also warm and muggy in the climate controlled building. I will not be storing my stuff here.Full Review

This storage facility owner not only let in my ex husband have my gate code after over 40 times trying to get into the facility but allowed him to cut my lock and steal my things. After only being left with a couple things, a desk, chair, two surf board stands and a few boxes and my expensive vacuum. I packed up my car with boxes and small things that would fit I had notified not only an employee but also the owner that the door would not close and that it was broken and has been since I got the unit. When I returned a couple hours later my vacuum was nowhere to be found I was very distraught at this point. After that I put another lock on my storage unit and this month I went to empty everything out just to find that my lock was cut off and the remaining belongings I had left were gone and nobody could explain where they went or why I was not notified that somebody else was being moved into my storage unit. Thousands of dollars of my belongings gone in only a month after they have received payment every month for almost a year. I will not trust this storage facility, they don't have any cameras except up front of the facility.Full Review

The process was easy, the staff has been exceptional and the facility is very nice. We did not use anything but a large SUV so I can not speak to the convenience of having a large truck, moving trailers or a moving company navigating the driveway. I would probably do a satellite view to see the maneuverability. Our only complaint is the threshold into the sliding doors. They are so large that the trolleys are difficult to get over them especially if you have a tippy load. That is minor though compared to the great facility. It is just annoying not to have a smooth transition in the door.Full Review
