Teri was exceptional and friendly, which was so helpful and refreshing after making an almost cross-country drive. Teri explained the move-in specials and showed me a unit that fit my needs. I currently reside in Niceville Florida. I have moved all over this country and have needed to utilize storage in every state where I lived. I was even a manager at a now defunked national storage company. I am very familiar with all of the hard work and challenges that the job entails. My experience overall with extra space has been very positive. They have great security, good climate control and good staffing. In particular the manager here in Niceville Florida is David and he certainly goes above and beyond his requirements and the company expectations. I have personally witnessed him on more than one occasion including my own to make a new customer feel valued and appreciated. If David ever leaves this facility I will likely be removing my property shortly after that.
