Kimberly at the Niceville Florida Prime storage is the best I’ve seen. She is very organized and knowledgeable, knows all the current offers and is a great communicator. Also, don’t bother buying your storage locks anywhere else. I got 2 from Prime for the price of 1 at a big box store. The facility is spotless and the climate control- air conditioning and humidity is perfect. Also Kimberly doesn’t leave early so she’s there the entire time of the posted hours.

Kimberly went out of her way to make sure that I had the perfect size padlock, and she even helped me transfer units with no problems. It feels rare to get great service nowadays and this was great service.

i’ve rented here for over three years and the service every time has been above and beyond. The staff here is incredibly accommodating, and the hospitality is unlike anywhere else. It’s always clean and the elevators are always working which definitely makes a difference. Cannot recommend more, would rate six stars if i could! [ I’d like to specifically note the GM, Kimberly, but everyone has been very helpful, no matter whom i’ve spoken with :)]

I used prime storage for a few months as I prepared to move. Moving in and out of the unit was a swift easy process. The sweet lady Kimberly in the front office was always a big help with any questions or concerns I had. I do recommend!

Kimberly was fantastic at assisting us with any issues that we had. She was always attentive with helping us move in, changing units, making payments, and any other general questions we had. She checked in on us from time to time to make sure we had everything we needed. We have been tenants for just over a year. We just recently moved out, but it was a pleasure to work with Kimberly while we were there. The facility is clean, climate controlled, and very secure. The storage unit doors are in good shape, undamaged, and in great working order. There are only two minor detractors for the storage unit; the restroom isn't functioning and hasn't been for over a month. The other issue is that the payment portal can be difficult compared to other storage unit online payment systems. But, aside from that, this was a great experience and we were blessed to have worked with Kimberly. She really cares about her tenants and wants to do her best to make their stay is a pleasant one. If you go to the facility at 323 Highway 85 N, Niceville, FL, tell her that you read this review and I sent you. She will take care of you.
