We rented a spot to store our RV two weeks before we needed it, paying a &150 deposit as well as a full month’s rent of an additional $150. Several days later, we received an email stating that we had rented a different spot. When I called to find out what had happened, Michael informed me that he had a customer who needed 11 spots and wanted them all in a row, so he had moved us. No big deal, although a phone call would have been nice. The day we actually needed to move our RV to the space, we drove by to scout it out and figure out the best approach to the spot. When we arrived, there was a boat parked in the space we had been assigned. I immediately called the same number I had used the week prior, and got no answer. I left a voicemail asking him to please call and let us know what we should do. I heard nothing back. Luckily we found an alternative location for our RV at the last minute. Two days later, I called again and left another message for Michael, asking him to call me back so we could resolve this issue. It’s been three additional days and I’ve received no response. Don’t do business with this person. He is apparently a thief with zero integrity, which is always super disappointing. It also cost us $300 we’ll never see again.

John Finch is very nice and helpful, he has GREAT prices and the place and is clean and perfect location for out of towners looking to store their boat or RV, located right off of 331 right after the bridge!

Awful these folks cheat and lie. They will steal your stuff by over inflating what you owe. Lock you out they are in the process of sealing my stuff now. There are lots of other places cleaner and don’t cheat.

Customer service is a 10! The facility is kept clean and the owner is making some awesome improvements.
