I'm disabled, and my options are often limited, especially in terms of accessibility. When I contacted the Freeport location on the UStorage website, I was warmly welcomed by Tammy. She was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable about pricing, and she even helped me get a climate-controlled unit for less than I initially signed up for. She also found additional discounts and assigned a unit right near the door, making it easier for me not to have to walk too far from my car. I definitely recommend the Freeport UStorage. Ask for Tammy.

Carolyn was super nice and helpful. Unit was easy to get to and the place looks very clean and secure. Updated: we didn’t need the unit anymore. Move out was super easy and Carolyn even noticed something we left behind in one of the hidden corners. She notified us right away and we were able to pick it up.

I found it super frustrating I couldn’t find any carts to use. I wasn’t able to unload what I had and have to return with my own cart and hand trucks. There should be more available and maybe a quarter system like Aldi uses. Otherwise, easy experience.

Carolyn is outstanding and the facilities here are top-quality, secure, and accessible with reasonable accommodations. I was able to rent a space on short notice and Carolyn was exceptionally helpful and compassionate to my situation. I will recommend this facility to anyone moving in or around Freeport even after vacating. Thank you to all of the staff, too!

I had a great experience with this storage facility. The property is clean, easy to navigate, and well-maintained. What really made the difference, though, was the customer service. Carolyn was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She took the time to answer any questions I had, walked me through the options, and made sure I chose the best unit for my things. Overall, the combination of a well kept facility and good support made the whole process smooth and stress free.
