I will start off by saying the customer service here is good and the process is very easy, you can handle everything online. However, I am giving it one star to bring awareness to the fact that if you are on the property and it happens to be 10pm (closing time) all elevators and doors stop working. I can understand the gate not opening for someone to come inside after hours, but there should be an after hours code or emergency line in case you find yourself stuck with items you’ve already unloaded from your car but can’t use the elevator. The most inconvenient part of this is that there is no after hours contact that can put you through to a representative or automated system that can assist. Additionally, my daughter had to use the restroom while we were there and upon entering, the bathroom in general was not in good condition; which I understand is common for public restrooms. However, there was no toilet paper and the toilet seat seemed as if it hasn’t been cleaned for days or even weeks. This should be the bare minimum. I hope that this review falls into the right hands and that these conditions improve.

I’d like to thank everyone that works at this extra space location. Every time I bump into them around the building or have a question they are always in a great mood and excited to help. Recently I received a notice in the mail explaining price for the unit has increased. I came to the office, spoke to a gentleman named Jose. I believe he’s the manager, He was able to help me with the price increase to where they kept me at my same rate. Don’t be afraid to speak to the staff about anything. I was very surprised I was able to keep a rate that kept me from having to move storages. Great location and great/helpful staff. It doesn’t get any better than that if you ask me.

Ariel was welcoming, took time to explain all my questions in sizes, and prices, he covered all details making my decision easy and signing up with them on the spor. Having AC and different size options is great with them.

José is very nice, knowledgeable and patient. He helped us a lot and showed us a few units so we could decide the best one for us. The facility is very clean, modern, and the technology to get in and out is amazing!

Absolutely could not have asked for a better experience. Both Johnny and Christopher were extremely helpful and polite. We highly recommend this storage facility if it is in your area!
