**Update**… Had the pleasure to speak with the District Manager of Public Storage. My issue/concern was resolved. (DM) She was very understanding & passionate about her stores and customers feedbacks. Thank you again for the follow up conversation. My rating for the call was 10 out of 10 . I came here to help my friend remove stuff out of her storage. I went inside to inform the employee on duty that there was shader glass in the parking lot where people are parking. He really had a nonchalant concern about the parking lot where the glass was & people park at. He had no concern to even try to sweep it up, so nobody’s car will get damaged. I told him this is y’all’s property. It should be cleaned up, but he sat there behind the desk on a computer at like it wasn’t an issue. I have a real problem with that and that is not how customer service should be so the rating for this area is a one star. I came here a little after 9:30am. It is now 1155am and the glass have yet to be swept up in this parking lot. This is poor customer service
