We had a great experience with CubeSmart from start to finish. The facility was clean, secure, and very well maintained, which made storing our belongings stress-free during a move. A special thank you to Lisa, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer all of our questions, made the rental process simple, and provided excellent customer service. Lisa was cool, honest, and very professional. Parking storage area needs a little TLC but she ensured that it’s happening soon. Other than that the facility seems to be well managed. I’d definitely recommend to the public.

It was very easy and seamless to rent a storage unit through the website. The app also makes it very easy to access everything. I was also happy to see a lock left in the storage unit for me. Great facility! Very happy with my experience.

TERRIBLE customer service - I showed up today (July 6th) to check my unit. The log-in system was not working at the front of the building. There were two other customers who also could not get in (one desperately needed to get their car, and the parking code was not working), so it appears to be a system issue that needs to be fixed. The customer service rep who should have been at the front desk was not there, and there was no sign indicating when they would return. I also saw a note left by an angry customer who had been waiting a long time earlier in the day (meaning, the customer service rep wasn't there all day). I called the customer service number, and they tried calling the customer service rep who should have been at this location. No answer. She apologized for the staff's unprofessionalism and indicated that this staff SHOULD have been present at the location. I asked them to raise this concern with senior management, and she assured me she would. I live in Dubai and only come back to the States once a year. I was only in Jacksonville today and needed access to my unit. If the customer service representative wasn't going to be at this Cube Smart location, they should post a sign on the door indicating when they would return. The rental charges increase every 6 months, but customer service appears to be getting worse. I'm lodging a formal complaint with the corporate office (and the Better Business Bureau) and expect significant financial compensation for the significant inconvenience this has caused me, as I won't be back until 2027 now and I REALLY needed to get an item from my unit. They really need to get new management to run this branch because the existing staff are in over their heads and are incompetent.
