I've been with this storage for years. Judy and I became good friends and Lenny hung me a longer light string in my unit. I ask him if he had Hot pink? He wasn't sure. The next time I went to the unit I had a hot pink string that hung to my waist. When Cube smart came next the lady was rude and she said she would meet me there at 4:00. I waited for 1 hour and called her. She informed me she was at another location and would not be running all over town and I had to come to her! Some people are not meant to work with the public. Well they left shortly after. I called to see if someone would be at the office and I spoke with Timothy he was so professional answered all my questions no rush. Timothy can never be replaced! Talk about to good to be true. Timothy is my new BFF 💓

The place is really clean and looks nice. No people hanging around the facility so I feel my stuff is safe. Management is friendly and knows what they are doing. Timothy helped me as soon as I got there. I left with zero questions and even contact information if need be. 10/10 I do recommend this extra space
