Not Happy

Not good business to chase away old customers and offering new customers a rate that is lower by 42% to new customers. I rented for a year and then they raised the rent 10%. Then they offered new customers a rate that was 36% lower than what I paid originally. Not really fair so beware

Hi Bill, Thank you for leaving a review. Like most storage facilities, our initial new renter pricing can fluctuate based on the season and month. Similar to how a hotel changes its pricing based on available rooms and peak vs off season. During the quieter Summer months, hotels and storage facilities often offer incentives to encourage people to rent. While our units are nice and cool, not everyone wants to move during a hot summer day. :) You might have checked our pricing during one of our limited time promotions. Hope that helps.
