Twin MomMy experience at Devon Storage has been incredibly pleasant, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the service. Initially, my husband and I were unable to locate our unit. Fortunately, a friendly lady on a golf cart approached us and offered her assistance. She was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the process of unlocking and retrieving our unit. This place does not even deserve a single star! It will not let me give no stars!!!! The manager is never there, REFUSES to call you back and customer service doesn’t exist! It is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel your account!!!! I literally never entered a contract with these morons. They bought a Cubesmart facility and turned it into a cess pool. I have literally spent over a week trying to contact a live person to cancel my account and only when threatened with litigation would they even escalate it to upper management. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS FACILITY!!!!! THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORST RENTAL FACILITY IN THE WORLD!!!!!

I understood everything I was being told, he got me a storage unit at a very good price, and even a lock! He even told me about the Damp Rid!
