This business is a scam!! I rented a unit online in August 2024. Per online instructions, you are to take a government form of identification to the office to receive your code to get into the building. No where in the online sign up process (prior to rental) are you told that you must come to the office before you can access your unit. You are only informed if this after they have your online payment! They are only open Monday thru Friday, which is a huge inconvenience for people needing weekend access. I went to the business dozens of times during their posted business hours. They have several cars in their parking lot but the office is ALWAYS locked and no one will answer the door. They have cameras and a QR CODE signs that signs that advise to scan the QR code to speak to a representative. That's a scam!! It ALWAYS says no one is available to leave a message. Of course, no one ever contact you back! I've tried to contact them via phone countless times!!! No one answers the phones or return calls and several times the voicemail was full. It wasn't until I received a late payment notice over a month later that someone called me back. Kelly who claims to be the manager of the business has told me twice that they were refunding my money and closing the account. Kelly is as reliable as her employer! I live on the same road as the business. She told me they had to mail the check to me. She promised a email confirmation for the check, which I haven't received. They continue to spam me with emails and texts that I owe on the unit. The unit, I NEVER had access to!! Kelly told me that the office is ran remotely. I'm not sure who the cars belong to in the parking lot (that are only there during business hours. This place needs to be shut down! I'm filing a complaint with the better business bureau. We rented a storage unit at Southern Self Storage. It's a reputable storage company that I highly recommend.

Absolute worst storage place ever. We’ve had ONE unit for almost a year now but charged double every single month. GOOD LUCK TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE!!! When you finally do, it’ll be weeks before you hear anything & have to be reminded of why we called in the first place. We’ve been paying for someone else’s storage unit for almost a year (wouldn’t have been so long had we been able to get someone to answer a phone or email). But they say we applied online for a unit (never done that either) so we pay for two. We pay for a unit we don’t even have a key for & they can’t “credit” or do anything about it.

I want to thank the staff for their professionalism. Gordon has been very understanding and helpful to my situation with the storage unit. He has been very quick to respond to my messages. Ive had a positive experience with this storage site.

DO NOT rent from them!! I couldn’t store my stuff because my building access code didn’t work but they still charged me. I cancelled my rent but then next month they charged me again after I had cancelled! I’ve disputed with my bank and I’m taking them to small claims court!
