Great facilities start with a great manager and Emily is super knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. My move in needs were a open space for my trailer, and a covered space for household items. She was able to find the spaces I needed fast, provide a map of my spaces, sent a copy to email sight, in very little time at all. Thanks Emily keep up the good work! Its a pleasure renting here! We were looking for a storage unit that was located near us and was climate controlled. When we called to ask some questions, Tammy helped us select the right unit for our needs. Throughout this process, we ended up calling her back several times with additional questions and Tammy handled each one in a highly professional manner. The entire process was handled over the phone and with emails. On just a few minutes, we were set up and ready to go. We then drove to see our “new” storage unit and were highly impressed with the facility. Everything great about The Storage Inn centers on the competence, promptness and friendliness of Emily, the onsite Manager. We choose to store items and park our RV there because of her. Her kind of customer service is becoming rare and we could choose to use other facilities. We plan to stay at Storage Inn because of Emily. Period!
