i have been using their services for over a year now and i would recommend this location to others. the manager miss victoria has been very patient and accommodating with my changing needs. the facility is kept clean inside and out. i am not concerned about my property being damaged in any way while in storage. have not had any problems.

I've rented facilities in the past due to being a military spouse. Queen Victoria and Gary were very helpful in suggesting the size unit to meet our needs. The rental process was easy and smooth. The facility is clean, and there is sufficient air conditioning for this South Florida weather.

I’ve had a great experience at this Extra Space Storage. The manager Vikki answered all my questions and was so nice. This location is very clean and brand new. They really mean it when they say temperature-controlled, which I appreciate. It’s a very cool lower 70’s in there. Even the bathroom is kept clean. I felt very safe at this location. Anyone can drive up to this building, there is no gate, however, you can’t get in the building unless you have a code. And for security, the doors time-out and you will have to put your code in again. Somewhat inconvenient when you’re moving in a lot of stuff, but I like the security of that. People can’t just walk up and get in. Also, there are security cameras in the building. I switched from Public Storage in Coral Springs because it was dirty and barely temperature-controlled, almost 80 and some areas you don’t even feel it...,but you’re still paying extra for that feature. And I didn’t feel safe walking around that location. When I arrived at Extra Space Storage with my movers, Gary personally walked me over to my space. Vikki came to meet me and make sure everything was up to par. The customer service here is great. They really made this a pleasant experience. You definitely get your money’s worth at Extra Space Storage, I highly recommend this location and Vikki.
