I just want to let you know what a beautiful facility this is, and the staff are AMAZING! I've never rented a storage space before so I wasn't quite sure what size or how much I wanted to spend. A lovely woman named Dana helped me for almost 30 minutes. I told her what I needed stored and she walked me around and simplified the entire process. In less than 30 minutes I was in and out with a new unit. I will be recommending your company to my fellow service men and women. And I'll be sure to tell them to ask for Dana!

We couldn’t have been happier with our experience with Spacebox Storage Florosa! From the very beginning of our move, to the end they have been amazing! The manager is friendly and knowledgeable! They explained our lease and helped us get set up! The unit and facility were well maintained, clean, and most importantly we knew our unit was safe! If you’re looking for the best place to store , just about anything- look no further than Spacebox storage! Go talk to the ladies in the office, just tell them what your needing and they will get you set up! 10/10 recommend!

I recently made a reservation to store my boat and I can’t say enough good things about the customer service. The process was smooth, they explained all of the costs and process with entering/exiting the facility. Pros: Easy payment process, although the internet price and in person differed by $25-$30. I recommend reserving online, they will honor the lower price. Large spots for RV/Boat storage with ample space for new owners to back in without hitting others’ property. Most of the area is viewable from the highway so even when driving by you can get a quick “safety” check on your boat/RV. Military discount of 10%. A lot of cameras and tall fences, it feels very safe. Cons: They close at 10pm, so no 24 hour access for RVs/boats but if you need access for a special occasion or one off event they will accommodate.

Safe, secure, and extremely accommodating! Spacebox Florosa was extremely attentive to my needs in addition to being warm and welcoming upon my first site visit. The facility itself is extremely clean, has multiple tools easily at your disposal for use, and is highly secure. I feel like I can take a breath knowing my belongings are so protected. The customer service is top tier, with staff members always willing to go the extra mile for you and your needs. Extra warm shout out to Zen for all her patience and help! If you’re wondering if this facility is worth your time, the answer is a big YES!

First time renting a storage unit for myself, I can say this facility is very clean! I thought it was just built but was told the building was 4years old already haha! Very friendly staff!, the young lady at the desk explained everything to me and walked me to my unit so I would know where it was at, I would most definitely recommend renting a unit here if your needing extra storage! :)
