I came in expecting to spend half my day dealing with storage logistics, but Jackie apparently runs on a different timeline than the rest of us. Friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. March 30: Everything has been so smooth! I have been renting the storage space for a couple of days now. I had to call for questions regarding the unit, and the Extra Space Storage staff was so friendly! I don't remember the name of the woman who answered the phone, but she was so nice and helpful with all of my inquiries. I wish I remembered her name 🥲 The unit i rented was a 10x10 medium unit that is climate controlled. The lock was waiting for me in my unit. It was nice and clean and incredibly accessible. I was able to drive up and use my unit right away and did not have to even enter the office for assistance. The price was incredibly reasonable, as well! Thank you guys for making my moving transition so much more manageable!! I'm incredibly less stressed knowing they have my back. Update 5/30: I moved out of my storage unit and the process was incredibly easy! I just checked the app and requested a move out date. After emptying the unit out the day before, I received a text saying my move out was successful and there was nothing else I had to do! I had already paid off all my dues, so nothing else had to be done. I will be renting a storage unit from Extra Space Storage in the future if I need them again!

I was very happy with my unit I tried by 5:00 that's a price of $20 being that I live on a fixed income and I'm trying to find an apartment in my car just broke down I needed the price to be reasonable. I always pay early never been late and my price was jumped up from 20 to $40 after just a few months. I'm not happy about that the lady on the phone was nice enough to bring it down $7 so the cost is only 33 now. But I think when a person gets the unit that price should stay the same as long as they're never late. You should consider changing your policies for people who are disabled and over 55 and retired that live on fixing incomes. My income does not increase therefore it's hard to pay any extra every dollar counts these days.

Jaime helped us immensely... We were notified that our storage unit was going to double in price after just 3 months. She was able to straighten that out in our favor. In addition we also have a lighting problem. The light in our section where our unit is located goes on but after a few seconds goes out which leaves us in the dark. Making it very hard to see. We have ask numerous time about having the light fixed. But it still has not been repaired. If the light can't be fixed we will have to have our unit moved to a different location where there is light.

Jamie the manager is so very helpful and kind. She has helped me in more than one occasion. The business is always clean, well-lit and I have always felt safe. Thank you
