John was great. He showed me the 2 different size lockers that I was looking at online but I needed a visual confirmation as well as logistic questions answered that John helped me with very easily. AI can't seem to answer some basic questions. Overall, this facility is clean, access hrs are good and the gentleman that helped set me up with my locker was John, he was efficient, knowledgeable, kind and the added reason why I chose to stay at this storage facility. Advancing tech is great but you need to have good quality human personnel presence as well!! Way to go John!!🤗

Very easy to reserve a storage space online. John followed up with a phone call to give additional details and to answer any questions we had. When we arrived, he showed us the space first to make sure it would meet our needs. They also have flat carts available to help with the unloading/loading process. The storage space also has light switch on a timer. The facility also has a restroom available inside the building. Security seems very good as well. Can’t say enough good things about John. He’s friendly, polite, and knowledgeable.

Love the staff at this cubesmart. John and Bella are always a joy. Willing to help with any questions i have or anything I need. Building is always clean inside and out. Love I can do most things on line with bill pay.

UPDATE- Dont listen to their response made to seem like they care about the hostage taking price gouging. I reached out and was ignored. ORIGINAL POST: GREED is everywhere in this country and CubeSMART is a DUMB idea for your storage needs. They increased my units price from $335 to $408 today without notice. It started at $298 9 MONTHS AGO. They said that I should receive postcards in the mail, letting me know about the increases, but I certainly did not agree to it. 34% increase is a predatory business practice. It will cost me thousands to move my stuff out and it’s like I’m being held hostage. DO NOT STORE WITH THEM unless you are looking to be taken advantage of.
