John was very helpful, friendly, and informative when we stopped in to get some information regarding renting a storage space. He showed us a couple of units so we were able to decide which size would meet our needs. John reserved a unit for us and when we came back to sign the paperwork a couple weeks later he walked us back to our unit and showed us how to use the lock. We are very happy with the service we received and highly recommend using CubeSmart.

We’ve had a unit here now for over a year and we have no complaints. The space is always clean, temperature controlled, and there’s always music on, which makes it feel much more comfortable, especially as a single female walking in there alone. I never feel unsafe and always have a good experience. I also just had a wonderful conversation with Bella at the front desk and she was super sweet and informative. All around great experience!

I did the self serve storage unit after hours on the website, when i got the access codes and my storage unit number, i opened the unit and a bag with a welcome brochure and a opened package for THEIR lock with keys came in it. After loading my unit with things then proceeded to try to open the lock that was given in the opened package and THE KEY DIDNT FIT… I had to go buy a lock myself leaving my loaded unit unattended unlocked until i returned with a lock. terrible.

The process from start to finish to review, spec and secure a unit was super simple. The follow up by customer service was on point to verify that I had what I needed. Moving from Pittsburgh to Naples was stressful enough and you made this part easy.
