Been with cubs smart on Valleystream Road for several years. We recently upgraded to a larger unit and Melanie was a pleasure to work with. In addition on a previous occasion we forgot to put our lock on the unit and she called us after noticing and put a temporary tie on the lock to protect our belongings. Very happy with her work ethic and pleasant attitude with all our dealings. Thank you.
