People "PLEASE" be aware!!!! My rent went up, over the mail i got a letter saying that i was going to start paying $93.00 a month. I called to cancel and i ask customer service what was the reason, so they told me that sence they have higher volume they rise old customers prices so they can leave and sign up new customers. It is not fair for me because i live very close and now i have to go far away.

SELENAWorse and rude customer service that manager provided. This guy really think he is renting me for free they lie to you the 1 month free is not true , and on top of it charge you for bunch of stuff they never told you at the beginning I end up paying much more that what I am supposed to pay and where is the month free . They told me I can wave the insurance and this rude manager tell me I can't and yells at me and hung up the phone. No wonder why this place is so empty. Liers and rude worse management ever.
Runway II never leave reviews. I have had multiple excellent customer service from Darlene. First of all she is very kind and patient. No matter how busy she is, she is always helpful and present.Best friendly smile and attitude! You’re the best Darlene! Keep up the great work! ❤️
